FirstLine’s Horizons Award Winner
Kansas City International Airport Transportation Security Officer Albert Peterson received FirstLine’s 2009 Horizons Award from SMS Holdings Corp. CEO Keith Wolken and FirstLine’s VP of Operations Stephen Metzler during the Horizons Award ceremony on December 12, 2009 in Nashville, TN. Albert is a well-regarded member of the FirstLine Team in Kansas City and a past recipient of numerous awards and recognitions including Officer of the Month and the Quarter. He epitomizes our motto of “One Team – One Mission,” and continues to set the standard in service excellence to our customer and the traveling public.

I am very proud to have Albert as a member of our outstanding team of men and women in Kansas City,” Mr. Metzler stated.
In addition to the positive impact he has in Kansas City, Albert brought his exceptional attitude and outstanding skills to Roswell, NM several years ago when he volunteered to be a part of FirstLine’s temporary duty (TDY) team of TSOs during the start-up of a new airport screening contract. He provided outstanding security screening services and mentored the new locally-hired staff while he was there.
